You do not need to, however, we recommend to store the product at room temperature. However, for a maximum refreshing taste, it is best to serve chilled.

Punch has various meanings but usually refers to a mixed drink. Most popular punch beverages are made up of fruits, however, ours is made up of herbs and flowers which make it very low in calorie and sugar count.

You can click on the “shop now” button that is found on the first page of our website, and or click on the SHOP section in the navigation menu. Once you click on one of those, you will have the option to choose which amount of bottles you want, click on them and then click “Add to Cart”. You will then have to click on the cart button, found on the right top corner of our site. You will find various options for purchasing.

After clicking on the cart, you will see that there are a variety of options for payment. They each will allow you to use your preferred credit card, bank account, or other alternative method based on the payment option.

You could send an email to info@vibrasfoods.com describing what it is that you need to have changed, and we will try our best to make it happen if your order has not been shipped yet.

You would need to put the tracking order number (which we will send to you via email once the order is shipped) into the UPS site, and you will be able to see the status of your order.

We only ship to 48 USA states for now. Alaska & Hawaii aren’t available for shipping yet.

It takes 1-3 business days for the order to be processed, you will then receive a confirmation that your order is being shipped. In that email, you will also receive a tracking number that will show you where the product is and when it will get to your destination.
